Surprisingly clean...But no public restrooms..
Discustingly dirty environment. The washer I used leaked and filled the floor. The dryer I used left my clothes smelling musty and like a basement, despite the Gain dryer sheets I used. 0 out 5 stars. Would not recommend. I walked into a screaming match between two women profusely using foul language in front of 3 children. Not a kid friendly environment
Place is filthy ! They need to get rid of the old machine on other end and they need newer or clean the machines . Change machines werent working .
Did you try the brand new change machine in the back of the south side? We do need to get rid of the old top load machines, I agree, and we plan to do this soon. However, the machines that are in there are not that old. Few laundromats replace their equipment every 3 years (the average age of our machines). We added 5 new dryers on the northern side of the store just recently. Our cleaning crew comes in everyday and gives a thorough once cleaning - the fact that there are dryer sheets on the floor is not quite filthy, though I do agree that people could put their dryer sheets in the garbage. Either way, thanks for the feedback we do appreciate it, even if it's unfavorable.
Recently, our washer broke down so we chose this laundry mat for the time being. We continue to go at night because of the assistant that works there. She is polite energetic and so personable. Honestly it needs more washers, but as long as she's there til closing I don't mind having to wait sometimes.

I thought the prices were a bit high for the time but my biggest complaint is that there's NO BATHROOM!! I wash clothes at 4 in the morning so not normal business hours but still. I washed 13 loads of clothes so I was there for HOURS..You Need a bathroom.
Edit on 12/26/21 @2am. I was disappointed that they were closed. It did not say on the website that they would be closed on Sunday December 26th. I have to wash clothes at 2:00 in the morning not 8 AM in the morning. But Fairview laundromat was open so I was glad for that. I realize it's the day after a holiday but a 24 hour laundromat should be open 24 hours.
Sorry about no Bathroom....We had to close it due to Covid, and the opium epidemic. As far as our pricing we our lower than anybody around our area! We value you and your business very much, and hope you return. Thank you for your business
Stopped in here a few weeks ago with a two year old, his dad and more laundry than I’m comfortable admitting to that needed to be done. Crystal was our biggest cheer leader in getting through that part of our day. Thank you.
