Really clean and quite all machines worked did nt have every other person walking up to you for change or something dryers ran hot can't beat 25 cents for 8 minutes 60lb washers $ 7.50 40lb washer $ 4.50 I also glad I could support small business.. great experience

The worst! I'm writing this while I'm here struggling with this machines that doesn't work. They might have a lot of washing machines, but only 10% of them actually works. On top of that the prices are higher than anywhere else. The floors are DISGUSTING. I am not satisfied. My first visit, and last for sure...

It's an ok place to do your laundry. And it's a little less expensive than some others, so that's a plus.

It gets very crowded sometimes, so it is popular. It's very narrow by the dryers and hard to navigate when there are a lot of patrons.

It's divided into two rooms, an "old" room and a "current" one. The old room has a bunch of mostly broken top loaders, but it has two huge front loaders that work fine. It's more peaceful in the old room, and there's a place to sit down.

The new room has a more modern change machine that works better. The one in the old room works when it wants to.

I haven't been here in a while, I was there three times last winter. There was a locked door to what I assume was an office, with a number to call if you have a problem. The three times I was there, twice was at night, there didn't appear to be anyone in the office or any attendant. But I didn't have any problems.

There is free WiFi that wasn't working well. There are no public restrooms.

But our laundry turned out fine, which is the important thing.

Change machine always out of money >will take your money and give you nothing.. washing machines have sketchy coin Returns..the machines are old shot. Place needs serious maintenance. Not coming back!

I recently had an issue with the money macine taking my money without giving me any quarters and contacted the number got a voicemail left my complaint and it has been two weeks without any type of response i left a new message again and i hope they resolve this issue

Not clean! Water all over the floor! Bathroom out of order and the door is falling off but being held in place with tape. Washers don't work. I understand it's a public place to wash but at least keep it clean. To think I saw several others worse than this. I only needed to wash comforters.
