The change machines don't work. None of the soap/bag/soda dispensers work. The wifi doesn't work. The place is dirty. There are probably 20 or 30 machines that are not in use cluttering up all of the space. Total waste of time, gas and detergent that I put into a washer just before realizing there was no way for me to change out my bills for quarters. Don't go here unless you're breaking open your piggy bank and don't mind a dirty. cluttered atmosphere. Also, I don't work for any competitors and it's really rude to accuse customers of this. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to do laundry here. I would have called the posted number but I realized that I had wasted enough time on bs for the night already and I didn't want to waste my mobile data as well seeing how the wifi wasn't working.

Compared to other laundromats in the area this is by far the best. Yes the bathroom is not great but I don't go there for that. They attempt to keep the place clean but I've eye witnessed many customers trash the place. The price is great, the machines are good and love that it's 24 hours.

2/20/21 This is an update to my previous review (see above from 3 yrs ago): I met the new owner, Greg today and his assistant Crystal. They've displayed great customer service. It's hard to get good customer service these days. It's great to see that an owner is willing to be actively present at his establishment and/or to have an assistant on site especially if you need assistance with one of the machines. He shows great concern for the customers and he was very thankful for my business. He has done major repairs and remodeling which makes the laundromat more appealing. If you've walked away from this establishment because you felt that it wasn't kept up, then I invite you to return to see the updates. You may decide to return as a regular customer. NOTE: Greg is really trying to make your washing and drying experience great so please cooperate in doing your part to help keep it clean and do not allow your children to treat this place like a playground. Thanks Greg and Crystal for the great experience. I will return!

My favorite laundry mat thus far!!!!! I especially love the changes being made here. As times change you have to learn to adapt, and one thing that used to make me super uncomfortable was homeless people hanging out in the laundry mat. The fact that the owner hired Crystal to keep watch and keep the place neat inside & out along side being so sweet and welcoming is the PERFECT change to have made. It makes me feel safe to come and do my laundry late at night. I’m excited about the other positive changes to come here

Normally I love this laundry mat and when I come I try to be mindful because I usually have a lot of laundry so if other people are trying to wash I space it out and don’t take all the machines cus I usually spend around $100 everytime and that’s how today was so after being here over 6 hours I asked to use the restroom and the woman tells me we don’t got one like I ain’t used it many times before all because she was to lazy to get up and put in the code to open it so I had to stop what I was doing and walk to a gas station to use the restroom…to me that was super lazy and unprofessional…don’t go on Sundays and you will be fine the other woman who is usually here is great and super friendly

It's an alright place. I've been utilizing this mat for about 8 years now. All, I can say is that it's gone down. I understand that it's nearly impossible to keep it tip top all day every day. However, the machines break constantly and it's very difficult to request a reimbursement. Also, the cleanliness has to be better. I think if the owner hires an attendant, it could be what it used to.

Came here before, last year some time in the summer, the last bigger drummed washers to the far left and to the back worked fine . Today (11/15/2025) @4:15am -4:36am . Washer drum #3 ate my $ . Just $0.25 . But it's 24hr, so I'd assume someone would answer the phone, no one to help up front either . Just would've liked to get the quarter back and not use 2 smaller washer drums instead . Mostly just inconvenient and no help around, so I won't be depending on this location for odd hour washes, again .

Just avoid drum #3/45 🫩🥲 if you do come here . And don't expect assistance, if you need help

✨️In response to the owner - I've added the screenshot to my review . As a matter a fact, I did call, twice even . I made sure it was the correct number and also looked at the small sign posted above the money/change machine that had the establishments # .

No one answered. So, to blatantly lie about it - is odd . The better thing to do is take accountability without negating and undermining what a honest, paying customer has told you . I won't be back, you can keep the 25 cents, thanks . For nothing .
