Clean and organized. Never out of change for machines. Washers and Dryers always working and undamaged. Not as expensive as other places. Happy to use your spot when our dryer took a dump.

No such thing as free dry…other laundries do it by charging more for washes
Way too expensive...no free dry, no public restrooms, and very limited supply of laundry soaps in their "vending" machine. Definitely won't be going again.
Expensive? Ha...we are one of the cheapest laundries around...there is no such thing as free drying...washer prices are much higher at so called free drying...safari as restrooms go we closed them due to COVID and opioid use. Never had a complaint about lack of soap...
This place is disgusting. The washers all smell like mildew, and the floor, walls and ceiling are all dirty. The bathroom is in very poor condition, and the entire other side of the building is full of non functioning and unplugged washers and dryers, with the exception of maybe two washers and dryers all the way in the back. All the proof is in the pictures. It's convenient that it's open 24 hours, but that's about it. All the doors are propped open, so it's not the safest place. The clothes didn't smell good after being washed and dried with dryer sheets. Avoid this place at all costs if possible, and find another laundromat.
Thank you for the feedback - this is the first I've ever heard anybody say anything about the machines smelling like mildew. Brooklyn is an incredibly safe neighborhood and our cameras are monitored. The two washers and dryers are new 60 pound washers as we are in the process of building out the other side of the store.
Many of our customers tell us that this is the best laundromat around - we invite you to try others, we think you'll agree that our machines provide the best wash for the lowest cost.
Washers are TINY and change machines do NOT work 3$ for 1 tiny load
Though I don't believe you are an actual customer given the flurry of 1 star ratings recently (competition is at it again) I will make it known that these are double load washers. You can see that based on the picture of 2 baskets on the front of the machine. Double load washers at competitor stores range in price from 2.50 to 3.50. We are right in the middle. There are changers in the front and rear of the store. The rear changer is brand new and notifies me when it is not working. It is working. Thanks for coming in, if you really did.

I went at night a few times and the attendant is very helpful, relatable, and welcoming. She also works really hard. Never had an issue here.
LaLa works very hard to make sure everything is perfect and clean
