No hot water. Why pay for something that is taking from a dishonest person shame on you

Thank you very much for your feedback. We opened about a week ago and we are currently in our "soft-open" phase where we look for feedback from our customers like this to identify any issues so we can quickly fix them. Building a laundromat with over 180 machines means some problems will be uncovered in the begining and our promise to our customers is to get them resolved. We have 5 water heaters in the laundromat to ensure we always have adequate hot water. We are absolutely not trying to be dishonest and if our customers ever have an issue with the machines we will gladly refund their money or move the clothes to another machine. Thank you again for this feedback and we will look into this issue and get it resolved ASAP.
