Very clean, helpful staffer, cool machines you can use quarters or download an app and use that to start machines or add time to machines! Very spacious and stroller accessible

I love this place because of the space its right next to my apartment but I really hate that if there’s any issues the workers ONLY speak and understand Spanish..the music is always Spanish..I’m here now and my Machine stopped with a bunch of soap still on the clothes..I’m trying to communicate the issue and nobody understands..they are standing here making faces at one another and I’m left confused..we live in a diverse Community and this isn’t fair..employees should be able to communicate with the customers to ensure their needs are met..where is the owner? I would love to discuss this matter further..

While we're proud to serve our diverse community, including a large Spanish-speaking population that has been part of our loyal customer base for many years, we recognize the need to better accommodate all of our customers. We're currently exploring solutions such as implementing bilingual signage and providing basic English-Spanish translation cards for common laundry issues to bridge any communication gaps.
Regarding the machine malfunction you experienced, we take these technical issues very seriously. Our machines undergo regular maintenance, but occasional disruptions can occur. We offer full refunds or complementary washes when such incidents happen.

I love going to Lavandera Ai; it's a large, clean place with great service. The girl who works mornings is friendly; if you need help with any of the machines, she's always available. I highly recommend this place; it's excellent and has the best service.
