Dropped off a jacket, pants, and a button down for a rush job 4 pm pick up. It's 4:43, and I'm waiting in the parking lot for the employee to go pick up my clothes from their warehouse. He told me he would be back in 5 mins. It's been 30. It's completely unacceptable. First and last time coming here.

This has been one of the best dry cleaning establishments I’ve ever come across. They did an amazing job on my suit and clothes ! My suit looked sharp, smelled fresh, and was ready right on time. It looked like a new suit. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. They really pay attention to detail and are happy to help. Such great people. I even had an event coming up and was on a tight deadline, but they still came through for me. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and great results. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer because I’ll be coming back every time. My suit looked great in the photos !

When the new owners took over this location I was skeptical at first, as the previous owner had set the bar high on great service. It has been pleasant to see how vested the new owners are in not only providing the same high level of customer service, but also making improvements and modernizing the facility. Their wash and fold service is reasonably priced and they do a great job. Their dry cleaning is done well. I will continue to look forward to seeing what additional changes the bring to the laundry mat and services.

Very frustrating experience. We put our laundry in the dryer and decided to wait in our car. Thankfully, my husband was watching and noticed that the dryer door opened on its own after a few minutes. If we had left and come back later, our clothes would have been completely wet and we would have wasted our money. This is a serious issue—dryers should not open by themselves. The only reason we caught it was because we stayed nearby and watched. Not reliable at all.
