Great service, friendly staff. All good.
This was my 2nd visit to Howe’s while visiting my son. Both visits were amazing thanks to Belinda. She went above and beyond to help me with the machines, getting out a tough knot in a pair of pants, where to park….. She is friendly, helpful, professional and keeps the laundry service area clean. I was doing my laundry with many New Haven locals and you can tell she is very beloved among the customers and I can see why. I give Howe’s 5 stars thanks to Belinda and her excellent customer service.
Found a fat cockroach in one of their dryers...gross. Not going back.
I waited over an hour for my driver to show up. He never did, after calling me twice for DIRECTIONS. I don't understand why this laundry mat doesn't live in the 21st century and give their drivers a form of google maps/GPS to use so they …
