State of the art laundromat is clean and comfortable. Machines will operate on coins credit cards or debit cards. Self service or wash dry fold available. They will even provide transportation to and from the laundromat if needed.

I am a very loyal Bulldog Laundromat customer and have been for 4 years. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Belinda - the nice team member that works most days She is the super friendly, extremely helpful and along with the new rockstar owner keeps the laundromat looking immaculate and running smoothly.

I have witnessed on many occasions her assisting an elderly person who might need extra assistance, tidying up after a customer left and me many times when I had so much laundry to do she would always ask if I needed help. She has also went above and beyond when I have had work calls and had to step out of the building and watched over my laundry and would let me know when it was finished.

The washer and dryers always seem clean and I have never had any issues with them.

There are signs posted regarding the coin machine and how to use it. As you may or may not know with the amount of volume this laundromat does they certainly can’t have an endless supply of coins. If you have a credit card that is simple to use.

I could go on and on but if you are in New Haven or have a student in college nearby and need a great place in a safe area to do your laundry then look no future than Bulldog Laundromat.

BONUS - they also have a pick up and delivery service that is awesome!!!

The woman who was staffing the facility was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE to my girlfriend and I when we walked in the laundromat. We walked in at 7:31, and asked if she would be kind enough to let us to do our laundry when the policy was 7:30 last wash. She responded to my girlfriend with the most unbelievably rude, snarky and condescending comment of “I know what time it is sweetheart” and told us to leave. I’ve never been more angry at the way someone spoke to me and lack of empathy from another individual.
