There's a tall, white Colombian woman in charge of the laundry who is absolutely disgusting and provides terrible customer service; it seems like there's no customer service training at all!
I had to go to a different Laundromat. My clothes always come out with a residue even when I use the right amount of detergent. I really wanted to like this place but I've seen fabric softener added and the machine not used at all. Not sure why but it's preventing me from coming back.
