One of two laundry mats I visit when I haver to do larger items than my home machine can handle (like massive comforters). I would give it three stars for being like average, but I like this one especially, because I can get some shopping done nearby at Fred Meyer. So it gets four stars for some extra convenience. Seems I'm not alone, as this place is often busy. They have a lot of machines, but not a lot of the biggest ones. So if you're planning to use his, get there early or be prepared to wait.

It's in a great area, right next to Fred Meyers, which is why I switched to this laundromat because I can do my grocery shopping while my laundry is getting done. They've even been kind to me and allowed me to do a wash past 9pm (cut off time) as long as it was just washing (please don't use this review to think that everyone can do this. She was kind and allowed me to do a wash of my work clothes because I got off work too late).

The only thing that makes it not a full 5 stars, is that you have no where on the property displaying the correct closing time. On the doors it displays 10:30pm. So when I walked back in at 938pm, expecting to have at least 45 minutes to dry my items, I felt like the employees were looking at me to leave. Which I then asked "Are you closing early tonight?" And they explained it's 10pm closing time. I asked "It's not 10:30?" And pointed to the door (which has the hours painted on it). They explained the hours are wrong.... there's nothing to display anything about the hours not being correct which honestly, puts the employees in awkward positions when trying to explain to customers the hours aren't correct. Customers will feel like the employees are lying, rushing them, or trying to go home early....which is not the case and that's not fair for the employees to be in the situation when they're following the rules.

I would just recommend fixing this. It really comes off negatively and I'm worried one day a customer will take it out on an employee when the employees did absolutely nothing wrong. At least a sign displaying the closing time is 10pm.
