Broken machines all the time, no wifi, TV always on Spanish channel, I think they have like only 5 baskets.... but that being said, it's still not a BAD spot to go do laundry..I mean, I got done what I needed. And I DO remember a time before wifi, when you'd go do laundry and survive without music or social media updates. If you don't remember those times, you'll probably freak out! The place down the street has it all (and free coffee! ), so Charles street needs to step up it's game. But I went down the street and they were so crowded I couldn't get anything done, so Charles street won for the day!

Additional note: the owner and staff are great. The place is pretty clean, I don't get the skeeves if I need to use the bathroom! That's a plus for me in and of itself! They sell snacks and drinks, also around the corner from a corner store. Plenty of parking, street or use parking lot. The lot is not paved though very rocky and messy in rain/snow. Prices I think are comparable to others in area. They still have a lot of broken machines, but you'll get your stuff done.

Additional note: I used their wash and fold service quite often for my mom they've done a tremendous job getting her bedding cleaned and folded. They charge extra for blankets and comforters but I think most do. I always tip nicely.
