At left half of the washing machings are broken. Whole place is dirty. You wouldnt want to sit in the chairs while your waiting. The dryers are from an era long ago. The machines only take quarters, no credit card swiping. Bathroom is worse then any nasty gas station restroom.

I used this place several years ago and it was okay at the time, OKAY, not great. The lady that was there then was not very friendly and I recently called them to find out about the different front loader machines they have, along with their hours. You would think that asking them a few questions like this wouldn't be a problem, as they would want your business. A lady answered the phone, sounded older, not a young woman, so not sure if it's the same person who ran this when I was there several years ago, but she sounded incredibly hurried on the phone and uninterested in taking my call. I was able to get the prices on the washers, but when I asked what the sizes were that corresponded to the prices, ie, 20lb, 40lb, 30lb, etc, on the front loaders, she quickly snapped "I don't know" and I asked very nicely "Could you take a look real quick and see for me please?" she quickly snapped back almost before I was done asking my question and said "No." I said, "I don't understand, I'm planning on using your laundromat for a long time and lots of laundry each time, I would think you could just check to see the sizes of the machines that go with the prices on them." She again snapped back, "I'm too busy." Then she surprisingly put down the phone and started doing other things and talking with other customers there. That is SO RUDE. When people have a business, even if there are other customers standing in front of you, if you have a phone call with a potential customer on the phone, you should help them with their questions, get that done first, then politely say good-bye so you can help the other customers in front of you. This mad rushed world we live in today is so mean about everything, no one cares about anything but themselves anymore. Pretty sad. I won't be going to this laundromat, because if she won't even walk over to the machines to make note of the sizes that go with the prices to tell me, then she doesn't deserve to have my hard earned money to use them.

There are tons of washers and dryers here. I didn't have to wait at all to do my laundry despite it being fairly busy. The owner was pretty friendly and seemed to have a good relationship with regular customers. The place isn't the cleanest. Floors could use mopped, etc. It's not a bad place for getting laundry done quickly.

The owner is very nice and extremely helpful,my mother and I came to do laundry late while traveling and he put our items in the dryer unprompted to help us since we had to run to the store, I appreciate him and the facility was clean as well. He also gives things away to those in need which is amazing within itself, i was able to witness him giving items to someone who needed it and he was very genuine and generous, you can see he truly cares for others and has a genuine heart. Thank you!

The service was horrible. The woman was rude, condescending and combative. I have been using laundromat for 10 years and have honestly never had such a horrible experience.
