I dont think anyone has notice but she takes the basket off of her scale and turns it on. Then has you put your clothes in the basket and on the scale but her weights almost 7 lbs i caught it after i payed then my buddy was inline when she was putting the weight down i quickly grab his bag of clothes off the scale before she could turn it off it was over 6.50 lbs

My items are being taken as his laundry now I’ve been coming here for years in the last couple of washes I’ve noticed that small things were going missing I thought that I was imagining it but my underwear and multiple pairs and a bodysuit have gone missing

I'm pleased with the laundry mat part of the business. What Im not happy about is the dry cleaning service. I took 3 dresses in to be dry cleaned and one to be sewn. One dress my cat urinated on. I went to pick it up and it still smelt like cat pee AND they took off the bra part of the dress I had sewn in there. Why? The next dress I had spilt tomato juice on. The stain was still there and there were pieces of grass on the bottom where it had dragged on the ground as I walked. Its like they didn't even wash it. The third dress had a minor seam job. It was sewn horribly. I could have done a bad job if that's what I wanted, and it definitely was not dry cleaned. I spent $27.00 for absolutely nothing.
