I have worked and managed a laundromat and was very particular how clean and organized things were as well as the customer service I gave. I have been to a lot of mats in the area and this one has definitely been by far the most clean and sanitary from the machines to the bathrooms to the counters in the floors, also reasonable prices as well. And from the experience I had and knowing how to run one, I would say that their customer service is excellent as well
