The washers and dryers worked and were not expensive. There is not a lot of seating so people don't hang around which automatically makes it better. Convenient street parking. Single load washers and dryers that dry 9 minutes for every $0.25 which I thought was nice

Clean and tidy, not expensive. Everything works well.

I have used this location a few times. It is clean for as old as it is. Some washers are out of service at times but that is to be expected considering they are older machines but prices are decent. Dryers while they work not all get hot enough to dry. The biggest down side for me is they don't have AC in summer or a bathroom for customers.
