I came here on vacation to dry bathing suits we used in a hotel pool that we wanted to use again the next day. There’s a $10 minimum charge to get a new card from the machine. I miss old fashioned coin-op or even tap to pay machines that you pay per use. I found this really obnoxious. There was a customer here that allowed me to pay double for a use on their card (which was also annoying, but much cheaper than $10). The trash was overflowing and there was tissues or something all over the floor by the dryers. I gave two stars because it was so hard to even find a laundromat, but I would definitely not come here again unless I absolutely had to.
Want to wash your clothes in hot water? Don’t come here cuz they don’t have it. Called them up and wast told “We’ll try to have someone come check it out “. It costs more money to equip a laundry mat with hot water, why do you think they don’t have it? They’re hoping no one will notice. Maybe my better business bureau and State AG complaint will get their attention..
Ultracon, thank you for calling us today. We did have a technician go down. One of our hot water heaters was tripped. It is reset to 120 degrees.
We have our laundromat deep cleaned at night and one of the owners or a hired technician, plumbing company, air conditioning company, etc always comes down when there is an issue. Our newer equipment can get you in and out with folded laundry under an hour.
I’m sorry we couldn’t have someone go down at moment that you were there. We appreciate you letting us know that there was a problem.

Small place, and machines need attention. The past machine spit two cards out and I tried to use the wrong one, which has no money on it. Went bam and realized it dispensed another and thankfully has the money I paid on it. Also when the washers are on spin cycle it’s so loud I can’t even hear videos on my phone at full volume.
