Very clean, and washers/dryers performance is excellent. I was also pleased to find a laundromat that allowed me to wash my doggy bed. I'll be a regular customer here.

Had no problems till recently.

Must have adjusted the water level on washers.

Or I don’t know how washers work.
But I swear the water level was higher before 🫤
I’ve noticed this the past several washes

Washing machines don't work right. And the dryers are the biggest rip off I put 2 dollars in each machine and had to hang my clothes and towels and blankets at my home place is a rip off

My wife used this laundromat last Thursday. Our clothes were taken out of the dryer because it was closing time, which I understand and appreciate, and they were placed into a large bag.
At the time, my wife was at the hospital with her her sister and I was at work, so nobody was able to pick up the clothes before closing. When I returned the next morning, most of my daughter’s clothes and some of my wife’s were missing.
This is extremely upsetting. Someone removed our clothes from the dryer, and between that moment and when they were taken to the back, several items went missing. I don’t know who handled them, but we really need our clothes back and we not just gon let it go!!!

It's a very quaint laundromat. Reasonably priced but not many carts available. The guy on duty was super helpful when my coins got lodged in the coin return slot. So about the 2 massage chairs near the front door are AWESOME‼️ Nothing like treating yourself to a massage while the clothes are in the dryer.

GREAT new location! Clean with plenty of machines and rolling baskets. Nice and cool NOT stuffy and humid. The morning staff is super friendly (Hispanic and blond young ladies). I have machines at home and only came for the big machine (for my down/comforter) and was done washing and drying in 1 hr. Will definitely be back!

Daniela is AWESOME!!! I've been to this location several times before her and you could never find an employee, couldn't use the restroom or ask for help! This is my 1st time here with Daniela and she open the door for me, constantly cleaned up, was pleasant and polite!!! She is a keeper, keep up the good work!!! And thank you!!

Good size washer and dryers but there is almost never an attendant at the location and when you reach out via the phone number for help, you can’t reach a live person or it continuously disconnects the call. The staff situation needs to be addressed immediately.
