Do not recommend using their app it’s a scam I was overcharged $15 twice in two different visits on the app Called DEXTERPAY to top it off no one is reachable it you leave a voicemail no one returns your call to receive a refund absolutely unacceptable! If you go here do not use the app they overcharge you was only supposed to be charged 5.50 for a load and DEXTERPAY APP charged $15 both visits 😡😡

The place is new and clean but it washes just the same as these other wayyyyyyyy less expensive laundromats. They keep raising the prices and I refuse to wash there anymore. On central and Alta vista there is a laundromat and for the price that I paid for 1 washer at this place I was able to do 2 washers of equal size. Machines worked great and dry is also a quarter. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY with greedy owners.
Hi Jesse, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While we may not be the cheapest laundromat, our guests find value in our machines for a number of reasons. First, our large machines mean you can put more loads of laundry than a typical machine, saving you across your total number of loads. We always include soft water and hot water, you never pay extra for those features, so you can use less detergent when soft water is used. Lastly, our efficient machines that allow you to get your laundry done in half the time. We hope you also find value in these added benefits and hope to see at our Phoenix laundromat soon!
A large number of the machines do not function, often creating a backup due to there being more customers than the laundromats reduced capacity can accommodate. The majority of the out of order machines are the smaller load capacity washers, so if none are available you have to wait or pay for a larger capacity washer. They have a change machine, but make sure you have cash because the card function is out of order. The beverage vending machine is also out of order. Would not recommend coming here.

My dryer broke so I had to go to the laundry mat. always kept clean. Best time to go is at 7:00 a.m hardly nobody there.

The mat was clean. Feel like it's a quick in and out. Maybe 25 to 30 machines. This is a QUARTER ONLY LAUNDROMAT. I did a medium load for $4.75. Other places go for $3.69. All in all my washer is down until I get a new one. This is a convenient stop with local Safeway, Starbucks inside, Chinese food and a fish fry right next door.

I've visited other Clean Laundry locations but this was my 1st time at this one. As soon as I went in, I turned around to leave. It is absolutely disgusting, with no employees in sight. There were also some individuals hanging around that did not make me feel safe.
