I was completely caught off guard when I drove by and seen FREE Wash! I immediately drove home and gathered all of my clothes. To my surprise it was the cleanest and most “state of the art” laundry mat ever! Huge washers and dryers so extremely convenient in paying for using the machines.(payment center takes cash or card) The staff were pleasant and helpful. I will absolutely use the laundry mat for sure!

The facility was clean and most of the machines were in good working order. Some could not accept card payments but would work if you paid another way. Coins are not accepted. The password for free wifi does not work. The dryers really need to allow payment for selected time all in one swipe of card. I had to scan my credit card 5 times to add time to 1 load of clothes. It only charges 25 cents each time you scan your card. This is a problem, especially with transaction fees and your card company may lock your card because they think your card is being used fraudulently. Overall, you could definitely do worse than Clean Laundry for your washing and drying needs. I recommend this laundromat.

I'm so tired of being over charged please someone explain this to me am I tripping am I the only one?! There's 3 big washers in there $10 a load right and $1 for 33 minutes on the dryer why am I over charged every single time I use 1 dryer and 1 washer this doesn't add up! One of the Cleanest and safest laundry matt in town I'm not tolerating this again next time I'm reporting fraud straight up!

Had to go here, my washer broke. It was very clean and everything worked well for me. There was an attendant working hard at deep cleaning. The app was very convenient for me to use.

dryers used to be free for 30 minute intervals, now they've raised prices on washers and a 30 minute dry is LISTED for like 2.50 but overcharges for 5.50 sometimes. cool how businesses charge inflation but our paychecks stay the same

Ashley the attendant was a true hero and a great customer service representative to the company.
I was very upset at the way support and IT department was putting me off and just passing me off to the next person.
Ashley was kind and friendly in handling the problem.she could not solve my issue but her kindness in the situation will keep me coming back.
She deserves a raise in pay for her actions today.

The machines overcharged me $32. I filled out the refund forms and was told I couldn't get refunded, I could only get a credit to use at Clean Laundry. Pretty tight little scam, overcharge then refuse to give it back. After a few more emails they told me I could have an online gift card, but then they stopped replying and I didn't even get that. Read their responses to bad reviews: they just copy and paste in pre-written excuses. There's a thousand laundromats in town, go to an honest one. The massage chair was nice though.

No way you are over priced. The small wash was 7.54 then you have all these extra fees to chose from. I paid for my wash and the machine took my money. I had to swipe again. The dryer is 2.50 for 30 mins. I'm a contract driver, I drive 18 wheelers and I do not recommended any essential worker as myself wash clothes here. I've read your response to most of the comments and you haven't improved ish!!!!!!

If you need to use the restroom you have to call in order to have it remotely opened. I only found this out by reading reviews. Maybe add better instructions if you insist on keeping your customers locked out of the restroom. For a $19.75/load wash i was disappointed that there was still soap suds visible when my load ended. I used one pod in the extra large machine. The cost is absurd for what you get. Not only that, it would be very easy to be overcharged here. The payment system doesn’t work very well and it’s not always clear. While the inside of the location is clean that seems like a bare minimum to want from a laundry mat? Overall it feels like people who need to use a laundry mat are getting scammed here … the cost is wild. The fact that you have to call and ask permission to use the restroom is wild. For a $20 load i expect the soap to actually be washed off. That is wild.
Hi Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While we may not be the cheapest laundromat, our guests find value in our machines for a number of reasons. First, our large machines mean you can put more loads of laundry than a typical machine, saving you across your total number of loads. We always include soft water and hot water, you never pay extra for those features, so you can use less detergent when soft water is used. Lastly, our efficient machines that allow you to get your laundry done in half the time.
And so sorry for any inconvenience with the locked restrooms. They are accessed by our attendants to ensure they are always clean and used only by our guests. Unfortunately, it seems we did not have staff at the time you visited. Again, we apologize for this!
