It's really nice!!! 4 loader and 6 loaders! Cost for a larger load (my comforter) on whites cost $5.79! Cost for the 6 loader is $7.29 (normal), $7.99-$9.99. The lady that works here was so nice and helped me understand how to deposit cash and get a key card and informed me drying is free for the month of November! 🙌 seating and massage chairs.

Convenient, clean, quick, and if going late at night, plenty of light and security cams. Three ways to pay, but I had to put money on their in house laundry cash thing because card reader wasn't working and another was filled with detergent already, I took it as a sign it wasn't working..and a lot weren't. But I understand people abuse things that isn't theirs. All in all doesn't matter because it's the best laundry mat I've been too, till I get my washer machine fixed.

Clean…yes, nice but $5.29 for a load? Yes more than one load, 4 load for $5.29. Not paying over the top rates. Staff nice and accommodating. Well overpriced for this girl. I have traveled all over the USA, overpriced for Wichita KS

Yo! This place is pure hell! I had more nonsensical problems arrise here than i could even keep up with. I literally cried out loud at one point "would you rather i just slit my wrist rhan wash my laundry? Is that it? Rather me die than to let me just clean my clothes!"
I kid you not from the lack of directions, or any stafff to help just figuring out how to creat an account is almost impossible. All the way to loading money wich has some qustionably illegal guidlines in itself to the use of a bathroom in the facility. This place makes every single thing not only unreasonably difficult but also charges you an absurd price....and no person to help. No number to call just a couple of menacing threats about how the camera is watching your every move. This place is trash.

… rything here is mainly electronic, including the washers and dryers to the vending machines are tap pay or apple pay, google pay. They do take cash still!!

Very friendly customer service and clean environment to wash your clothes. Convenient way of paying for your laundry with your smartphone so you don’t have to hassle with change.

21st street location was packed but with the very polite, attentive, and super friendly staff I was able to get what would've taken me 3 days at home washed and dried and folded in a little over 2 hours!!! And I had so so many clothes to wash! Very impressed love the simple and easy app that you can download not only does the app tell you in real time what washers and dryers are available, how much time is left til available, but also sends a text to your phone letting you know when your loads are about to be done! Awesome concept plus u get a $10 credit to use on your next visit! Kudos to the entire staff, and thank you for making one of my least favorite chores not so dreaded!! Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

… an awful place to do your laundry. You have to download an app to put increment amount of money to Pay, so that means you'll have extra money at the end that you can't use unless you go back.

The machines wash and dry well, and the employee Eden was very kind and patient when showing me how the machines work.
