94 reviewsThe worst!!! Tried to wash a comforter in large machine. Soaking wet at the end. Woman blamed me. Ran again for another 30 minutes and another $5. Same thing. Dryer for an hour and still wet and smelled like a dog. 2 1/2 hours of my life! I said I thought the machine was broken. I just got a nasty look. Do not go to this place!!! The woman was beyond rude!
Pricy but got the job done
Did laundry there last week for the first time and I won't be back. Very small area with lots of "out of order" signs. I had to keep dropping the quarters in over and over and over cuz they weren't dropping all the way through, then I …
Excellent laundry service. My clothes were returned all clean and neatly folded and they were ready in only 2 days. They get a 5-Star Rating from me.
This place is awesome! I have a family of six and have done many loads of laundry here. The machines are always in great working order and the staff are nice and helpful! The facility is always kept very clean. I recommend this place to all my friends!
Clean, good place to do laundry
Absolute worst laundry mat. Machines broken and dirty. Washing machines smell moldy. You have to find the right dryer to actual warm up. One dryer I put wet clothes in wouldn't go above 95 degrees for 30 total minutes. Total waste of money. This place should be shut down!!!
Have been coming here for 3 years now, when I first started this place was great. Good prices, every machine always worked, and was always clean. In the past year this place has become a serious disaster. Half of the machines are out of …
Hi Natalie, thank you for your time and review. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience after your visit. We are currently making a deal with a local distributor regarding the machines - hoping to get all the out of order signs off by … More
I often visit this laundry mat. Today their was an African American women with black hair who works there and stated she has worked there for two years. Their policy is if they leave something in the washer for over 15 minutes it’s allowed to be removed. I removed linen bags out the wash. The employee approached me and became extremely irate asking if I’d take them out. I apologize and explain to her what was stated to me regarding laundry being left in there. She stated to me that doesn’t apply because she is an employee and if I have a problem I can go to a different location. Myself and my friend apologized to her again and tried to aid the hostility by offering her a drink or something fr the neighboring store. She then stated if she wanted something she would get it. She talked under her breath making rude and aggressive comments throughout it us loading the washed. When I asked her to please stop speaking to me she threatened to ban us from the wash and call the cops because our tags are expired (even though they expired today). She continued to insulted us about the fact we use a public washer and her car is newer than ours. I asked her why she felt the need to be unprofessional and she gave me a sarcastic smile apologizing for my inconviencd. When I returned to the washer she had manually stopped my washes. It was then requesting for me to add an additional dollar. This is very unfortunate and disappointing. I’ve contacted the BBB
Update: I can appreciate that but where is it in your policy to disturb other people’s property, threaten them , or intimidate them. Even if your stating that’s not how the situation lead up you are not disputing that the statements and treatment did not occur your simply stating you feel as if it was granted given the situation. That isnt what occured and If you felt as your staff was unprotected and being treated indifferently as you stood there why did you fail to intervene? What does my music have to do with my bussiness with you when I am a resident of this neighborhood. I am not interested in arguing with you or going back and forth because that seems to be the culture or your bussiness. Again you’re directing your displeasure in the situation with things that are completely outside the interaction and are mutually exclusive to you. As I said I’ve reported this and would just like to share my experience that you’ve now validated.
Daijha, thank you for taking the time to post this review. I do want to mention that I don’t believe it happened that way exactly since I was there. In addition, I believe you were the customer that left your car outside with the radio blaring for about 15 minutes unattended. While I understand that sometimes it gets a little difficult to move the clothes around, and the items that you took out were ones we were doing for another customer, please know that we all try to respect each other in these situations and I would hope that you could do the same. Naturally we are always there to help even we are all trying to get things like laundry done. I am happy to discuss this and talk to you about this in person if you’d like. My name is Brian and I do appreciate your business. Thank you!
Update: thank you for the update so let me add just a little more context. There seems to be some confusion going on all the way around. We’ve never had a policy of removing other customers clothes after 15 minutes. Typically, we try to help when those situations do occur. My apologies for any misunderstandings. As always, let us know how we can help. I would like to wish you all the best. Have a great day!
