Hardly any dryers actually work, no public bathroom and the dryer I picked blew COLD air and had to switch driers. Total waste of time!
I would recommend avoiding this place if possible. 50% of thr machines have iut of order signs on them and another 25% don't work either, but you won't find that out until you already put your money in. The change machine doesn't work either so you have to go next door to get change or bring it yourself.

The coin machine was out of coins the manager was super nice and gave me change for a $5. It always super clean when i go there, the management is always polite and it only 4 blocks away from where i live.
They cleaned the suit, but forgot to reattach the button I gave them to fix for a wedding. I didn't notice until we were in a different state. The button I gave them was also missing. I didn't expect to have to double check their work, and …
Their coin machine ate my $10 bill. I called about it left a message and no response. Only use if someone is working the dry cleaning next door to help with issues. Otherwise you’re out of luck.

Shawna, while I would generally say thank you for taking the time out to post this review I must confess that I am struggling with that. I understand the idea behind reviews and how they are meant to help the community understand a business better.
Unfortunately I think this review has definitely missed that mark. Wouldn’t it have been much more useful to reach out to us at the store and let us know you had a problem and which machine wasn’t working for you? We spend a lot of time working to make our store clean and keep the equipment working. Also, we actually just replaced all the dryers about a year ago in an effort to better serve the community. Naturally, with the investment made on the dryers, I want make sure that they’re working top-notch! Now I understand we may not have been at the store, but a message could’ve been left for the owner or the manager and we’re more than happy to reach out and make things right. It’s worth mentioning that sometimes we find that the equipment isn’t being used in a way to get the best result and we’re always here to help. I will say that we use these dryers every day in addition to numerous other customers without any issues.
