The first and only time I ever had to talk to someone she was completely rude! My quarter got stuck and went kinda sideways so I put another one in there to push it they both got stuck. I was pushing coin return over and over but it wasn’t coming out I had my friend go get the lady to help us she came over and yelled at us with a wire hanger saying it’s our fault this happened. She used the wire hanger to push the coins saying see your fault your fault! It’s my fault the coin went sideways? There’s a special angle to put the coin? What would I have to gain on getting my quarters stuck on purpose? Then said see coin return you see coin return and my coins came falling out after she pushed it with the medal hanger. Like sorry I don’t carry around a medal hanger to jimmy coins through the hole. But it wasn’t working. I told her I was pushing that but she was so rude like sorry it only worked after you used your medal hanger to push them through a normal person doesn’t carry that around. And her trying to be condescending as if I’m someone who can’t speak English I know what coin return says watch the cameras I was pushing it for a while before I had you come. Treat your customers better especially when your a laundry mat that doesn’t offer quarters and half your dryers are broken.

I was really excited to find this laundry mat so close to home and located in a cute neighborhood a little over a year ago. In that time the quality of this laundry mat has gone down extensively. When I first started taking my clothes here, the cost was about $2.25 per load to wash, it is now $3.25 for a basic small load. This raise in price would be acceptable if the quality of the machines and up keep went up, however it has gone down.
It is very difficult to find a clean machine almost everytime I go. Both washers and dryers consistently have problems.
I've continued my business with them because of their location, however I am now going to find a new place.
With a global pandemic, I would hope places like this would take extra care to keep things clean and safe. This establishment, however, has not.

No Way

Machines took my money. Reported it two times. Woman ignored me. Other man reported it as well. No sign on machine. Very rude. Took my clothes out and left. Most dryers were cold.
