Thieves. Machine stopped taking quarters after I put in $5. Nobody on staff or answering the posted phone number.

Honestly, the cleanest laundromat in Portland. The owner is so kind and thoughtful. He has won my future business for certain. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻 …

Finally under new management. The place quickly got cleaned up and most of the machines work perfectly now. if you have a large amount of clothes to wash this is the place to do it. I can wash about 50 pounds of laundry for 10 bucks.

Most machines are out of order. The ones that are "working" should be out of order, as they are washing and drying poorly. Washer ate several dollars worth of my quarters and would not work. No attendant on the premises, so I called the mysterious number on the wall twice and got no answer and no replies to my message at 3:00 in the afternoon. Bathroom for customers is locked. Even vending machines are out of order. This place should be closed down. Such a trashy establishment.

Dirty. Over half the machines are out of order. The dryers that are "working" don't dry clothing completely. No attendant available for the full hour and a half I was there. The bathroom was the only warm place. Worth driving the extra miles to Pratt Abbott in Westbrook.
