Been going to clean rite for over a year initial review was 5 ⭐️. As time went on the staff and rating fell off from card with 63 dollars that wasn’t working and was taken by attendant to never being returned to being charged for same day services and never receiving or asking for same day services and not getting all of my clothes when I picked them up. To my encounter with Tia today. She was very polite and eager to assist. Informed me of the policy and how things are supposed to be done. Have been charged in the past for same day and my whites and coloreds being washed together. I have always provided my own soap powder and fabric softener and oxyclean. Was even displeased with the folding of my clothes in the past. Tia reaffirm me of my initial feelings of praise for clean rite. Tia was a welcome asset. Pray 🙏🏽 that she is the beacon of change for clean rite to get back to the rave reviews and customer service that it exemplified in the beginning of its opening to the community. She takes pride in what she does by informing the customers of its services. If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would easily. She definitely deserves that and more! Such a great asset and welcome face that is eager to help and assist! Great job Tia keep up the awesome job and great customer service! So great full for your service during these uncertain times. She made my day!

I had an excellent experience with Clean Rite! The employees are very friendly, and the level of customer service is outstanding. The employee Mark, in particular, was incredibly helpful and even offered me a sample of detergent, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s clear that Clean Rite values its customers, and I highly recommend their services.

Martin was very helpful at cleanrite. It was my first time washing clothes in a laundromat and I didn't know what to do 😂😂😂 Martin help me every step of the way and even checked up on me.. Great customer service. Y'all need more employees like him.
