Great place to go when you need to get laundry done. Staff are very friendly and washer and dryer are large. If a machine doesn't work, notify staff and they will assist. Highly recommend.

Some new some olde but the google maps said u-turn sooo confusing that I still see no sign they musta changed road or signs or both. Coin no card I see & not a place makes you buy a card

Don't go here. Awful service. Rude owner. Dirty. Unprofessional. I needed to dry my clothes and the owner had previously told me I need to get here by 7 if I wanted to dry my clothes, so today I arrived at 7:09 and she still made me take my clothes out of the dryer saying she closes in 10 minutes. I went back inside to ask when they close and she said the clothes need to be done by 7. She wasn't just having a bad day and wanted to go home early that day, this is the second time to me, and I spoke with another customer and I guess it's a regular thing. You're better off going to the other coin-op laundromat in Worcester, they are professional, clean, and let you dry/clean your clothes until their actual closing time of 9pm.

love this place. been coming here for several years. owners are around when/if you need them.
double washers are great! dont waste your time on the "normal traditional" washers. use the double and get probably 2.5x's more done than a single load washer. colony farms is right next door; pick up some food. the pizza place to the other side will gladly hook you up with plates so you can chill and eat in the laundry mat while your cloths are getting done. the double washers lock immediately upon last coin being inserted. if you have pods; the pods go directly IN the washer. liquid or powder t
drop in the top. so you can safely walk away from your cloths if you stay in the time limit. the doubles list out the remaining minutes.

i would give a zero star if i could. used to washers earlier. neither put enough water through like could only see few moisture drops. when getting my clothes out they were at best damp and they should have been wet(not dripping). I notice last few visits before today and today there no Attendant on premises. people shouldn't have to waste money when your machines don't want to work. even if it need fixed it been great to talk to an employee to let them know. and heck i can't even get ahold of an employee on phone number given. i noticed other thing which has been going for while, that there has not been any paper towels, Not sure who the heck wants to dry their clean hands on a scummy re used bath towel?! those things breed bacteria. Y'all need to do better asap. Still lost 2 customers though, myself and my mother. Never had issue with other Laundromats i use. Pathetic
