Clean, spacious, affordable. Fast and high quality machines. I use the wash and fold service too. The owner is great and creates a safe & welcoming environment. Best laundromat!!

Really not sure why this place has so many positive reviews.

Instructions for machines not prominently displayed. Reason for 1-star is that staff person was rude and lectured me about what I’d done wrong when I asked for assistance. And flat out refused to be helpful.

I had simply asked if I should add more detergent within a minute or two the cycle starting, not 20 minutes as he falsely claims in the response below. I think it's clear from the response to this review and others that the owner prefers long false diatribes over simply being respectful to his patrons in the first place.

Mr. Fallow, it would have been different if you had asked for help and not get it but it's very disingenuous of you to give a bad review simply because you got upset and blamed lack of signage when told told that you can't reprogram a "timed" washing machine more than 20 minutes after it had started. Yes, we have so many good reviews because of the outstanding job that we do. It's easier for people to blame others and not take responsibility for their own mistakes and inactions. There are big and bold pictorial signs on the walls that show how to use and operate these washers and dryers in our facility. You could have availed yourself of these helpful signs if you had enough patience to read them. However, it's not our responsibility to read them for you. That not withstanding, any reasonable person with enough faculty and had used any programmable and timed equipment especially a washer need not be told that you have a very narrow window within which to make any changes once you start. So, it is very naive to assume that you can stop and reprogram a "timed" washer more than 20 minutes into the wash cycles.

THIS!! Is the only game in town when it comes to laundry and self-service. I say no more, don't believe me? We'll, you go there and just see for yourself. I say no more. Thank you, Chris! Oh! I did I say, self pay , automatic payment through their app? Well, you can pay with their app for digital payment.

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever seen. I am a travel nurse, so I have seen a lot. The place is clean and the machines all work but YA'LL... There is a coffee bar AND computers with a printer (for a fee). If one could call a laundromat upscale, this is the one. Will definitely return.

I had politely told him that I couldn't get the key out. This guy is very rude has serious attitude problems. You do NOT have to worry about me returning. You're the one with destructive behavior and nasty disposition.

The fact that you left a bad review after you were banned because of your destructive behavior and nasty disposition is proof positive that we made the right decision to ban you from ever coming to our facility. Take your business elsewhere because it’s apparent our Laundromat is not a good fit for you with such destructive behavior. If for any reason you show up here again, I can guarantee you that you will leave our facility in police cuffs.
