One of the cleanest and well maintained laundromats I have been to. Came out to VT from CA to move my kid back home, needed to do about a months worth of wash (teenager). It was great to have the options of different washer and dryer sizes. Chris, owner, was amazing! He helped me out when I accidentally started the wrong machine on the app. He was very kind and understanding. Thank you!

This laundromat is very clean, spacious, and affordable. HOWEVER if you advertise that you have a children's play area, you should have one. What they really have it's a reading nook filled with uHaul accessories. Normally I'd bring toys for the kids, but I didn't because I'd read these supposedly great reviews.

Furthermore, and biggest for me, I'd read that the staff were really friendly and helpful. That was not my experience. The attendant saw fit to correct my child's behavior (after I already had & he had stopped) which was fine, because he had misbehaved. But the attendant continued to correct him multiple times after both he and I had said okay several times. I finally had to be a bit rude to get him to stop.

Response from the owner

Any reasonable parent should not allow their child to be doing flips in any place of business especially on a concrete floor. If telling that child to stop such dangerous behavior especially where the mother was standing by and encouraging such is not being friendly, then I guess we’re not in this instance.

I don’t usually do reviews but honestly this place deserves it. It’s 1st off, in a good location and kind of hidden away from the highway a little bit. 2nd off, the owner is here literally every single day working and is happy to help if you have any questions. 3rd even when I’ve come in and if it’s a bit busy there’s still a lot of washers/dryers to use. There’s also a nice place to sit and they have tvs on that you can watch to make the time go by. Honestly just a cute, nice little place to get your laundry done and feel safe in doing so bc some of the places around here can be really sketchy. It is a bit pricer than some of the laundromats around but personally for me this one is worth it. I also drive past probably 4 other laundromats while I lived here so that’s really saying something

Response from the owner

Thanks Jinx. We appreciate you and your business.

Nice friendly staff that walk you through every step of the way. The entire washer was clean. I felt very comfortable. The T.V. s were on. The washers and dryer’s were clean and all of them worked. I will always use this washer while I’m down here in Vermont working. Big washers and dryers, different prices depending on the size you choose.

Response from the owner

Thanks Sharon for your business.

I frequented this laundromat when I lived in Winooski for a couple of years and again when I came for a visit with my son. Very clean and owners are super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. :)

Over priced. Mabe because I am white. I feel discriminated against. Price not the same for white people?... or, just way over priced. I have traveled all over the country dropping off laundry. This is the most I EVER had to pay. Maybe because Im white? Prove me wrong! I will show you the receipt if needed. P.S. I dont expect the UCLA to contact me.
Bottom line... if your droping off laundy, over priced.

Response from the owner

First of all, I am sorry you feel the way you did. However, let me remind you, Jeremy, that you do not have to have us do your 27 pounds of dirty laundry especially when you are well aware that you can't afford the service. The wash-dry-fold service is definitely not for everyone including you.
This is akin to a car buyer who went to a Mercedes Benz dealership when he knows that he can only afford a used Kia automobile but simply to stroke his fragile ego went ahead anyways to buy the Mercedes. Then a few days later, buyer's remorse sets in and then he tries to blame the dealership for his own actions or lack thereof.
My advise to you is to see this as a teaching moment to learn to cut your coat according to your size.
Mr. Bond, you need to hang your bag within reach so that you never have to "over reach" just to retrieve it. Moreso, the notion that your price was simply based on your color is the most imbecilic statement I have heard in recent times. I am not sure where you have travelled to, but I am certain it's not VERMONT and to compare whatever you're used to paying with our price is like comparing the price of gas in Florida with that of another state. I guess that level of reasoning says much more about you than I care to engage you in an adult discussion.
Just for the records, the prices for our services are the same across the board without regard to race, gender or creed. You can go on our website and see our prices and also, right above the laundry scale in our facility the prices are clearly displayed as well. But assuming that you were not aware of the price, a reasonable person would have asked especially when I gave you a receipt with the total amount on it. So, to bring your race into it is not only uncalled for but asinine.
Finally, its folks like you that abuse the "review" privilege. It's one thing to give a bad review to a business because you received bad service but it's uncouth to give a bad review when the quality of service was never an issue.

Omg i'm a truck driver. I've been in many laundromats, and I just happened to take an Uber to a laundromat, close to me, my sleeping bags are super big. So couldn't go to a truck stop laundromat, and I'm glad I did. This place is absolutely the cleanest laundromat. I've ever been in. They have got all different kinds of sizes, washers and dryers super clean. You could eat off the floors. The prices are reasonable. They have a internet cafe. They have coffee machine snacks ATM quarter machine TVS. I've never been this excited about a laundromat, but I can tell you this was worth the trip.
The first laundromat I went to it was super packed and rough looking. So the uber driver brought me to this one.I'm glad he did.It was middle of a saturday afternoon. There was probably three people in here. This experience was the best one i've ever had out of laundromat if can make it here you will be glad you did. They also have a wash and fold service. The owner is a super nice gentleman. P.s There is know way someone can give this place a bad review. I will be back again in my travels
