First off, Clothes Quarters Laundromat is NOT in Burlington. I reckon you must be talking about your gonorrhea infested self with all these disease references. You are a sad and pathetic Jack a$$!

First of all Erik Mahoney, we have absolutely NO reason to steal from you or any other person. We have been in business for about 5 years and have a great reputation. No one has EVER accused us of cheating or stealing. Incase you were not aware, you didn't pay nor do we charge any of our customers for using HOT water as opposed to COLD water. So, to say we are cheating our customers is not only FALSE and very disingenuous of you but libelous. I seriously suggest that you watch your statement because you're opening your self up for a lawsuit. Moreso, for someone who claimed to be knowledgeable about HVAC system, you ought to know that when you have over 25 washers with that many water lines coming from 4 localized Bosch water heaters and going at the same time, you don't expect the water to be as hot as what you get at home. And for the record, we do not turn down our water heaters and our dryers. Our water heaters are set at 140 Degrees as per factory specifications. Furthermore, it seems like you have utter disrespect and disregard for people's property. You got irate and made some condescending and careless remarks when I pointed out to your wife a metal object [1 inch thick and about 3 inches in diameter] that was rattling in the washer. Any reasonable person understands that a metal object that big and spinning in a washer at 200 G-force could cause a serious damage to the machine. As for a restroom, not only do our customers KNOW that we have a RESTROOM in our facility for their use but a very CLEAN one. If you needed to use the restroom and could not find it, all you had to do was ask, but I reckon when you are blinded by rage, your sight and judgement get clouded. And for you to say we have no restroom, shows you're a man on a mission. And judging by the places you had visited [McDonald, Milton Diner, Waterman Cafe, Friendly, Back Stage Pub, Friendly, Grand Buffet, etc.] and reviewed, they clearly reveal that you get nasty and write bad reviews with snide comments when you don't get your way. By the way, who writes a review about McDonald? It's a fast food joint for crying out loud. I guess only a TROLL does that!
