What a great first time experience! I had not been to a laundromat in some time, but with a queen size comforter emergency I was in need of a heavy duty washing option. Clutch City had great reviews that I saw and so I decided to stop by.

Without my even asking, a woman met me at the front door with a cart for me to load my items into. Since I'd not been there before she showed me how their card system worked and which machines to use. I was short with the cash I had to cover the wash and the dry and she just took care of it so I could get everything done. I was honestly blown away. I didn't know who she was yet at this point and so I asked her name (her name is Sara!) and told her thank you for all she had done.

My things are washing now while I'm sharing this review with you. Highly recommend that you come and support a business with such a friendly vibe. And I wanted to mention as well - it's spotless clean in there and they have good music playing. Come through! 👌💯

Tay and Sarah were exceptionally kind. My sister and I were a bit conflicted because it was very busy and we had a lot to do today. Sarah explained that we could leave our clothes and they would take care of it. And take care of it they did!!! Clothes were fresh, clean, and warm by the time we came back. 10/10, Clutch city is exceptionally clutch.

Super cool, Maylen, Annette, and Victoria, very nice people. They treated me super cool. The technology on the machines and the payment method are the most advanced possible. You can also use the usual payment method, with cash, if you buy a card and use it at the machines. The staff helps you understand the process. The location is magnificent, and there's accessible parking. They're the best.
