Zero stars all the machines are shitty washers don’t wash dryers don’t dry I dried a load of clothes 4 first time the dry had an error last 3 time each time it got dryer and dryer never again please stop letting people buy things in our community and just get over on us all the people there had the same issues but it’s the only one near so others are forced to use it crazy work I’ll then you can’t load your cars with under $10 so now I got $8 on this card I’ll never use again phone numbers don’t work to contact anyone

I used to not have an issue when doing laundry here, but the last few times have been really difficult. The last time I came, I had to run the washer TWICE (which means I paid twice) because it would not completely drain the water from my clothes. This last time, a lot of the washers were dirty, and I avoided using those. When I went to place my blanket and sheets in a dryer, which I checked to make sure was clean before placing them in, my sheets and blanket had these dark stains which were definitely NOT on my sheets before. I'd like either a voucher to make up for my sheets and blankets being ruined or that they take better care of their machines.

Not all dryers dry , not all washers accept your quarters , change machine takes more than gives , entrance would be handicap accesable except that it quickly slams shut behind u ,and the bathroom sink is clogged theres no tiolet tissue , sh!+ smeared on the toilet seat , and only some scrap paper with instructions to leave comments for the mngmnt which at this degree of failure i see no point for leaving ' suggestions ' .

I am not sure where all the recent 4-5 star reviews are coming from, but I what I saw was very different of what is described. It's small and a quiet place. The people doing laundry there were respectful and very nice. The music that was playing was good. This place has a lot of potential and it looks like at one point the owner/management may have cared about the look and upkeep. Clearly now they do not....

Many of the washing machines are out of order. There is no dry cleaning options that I saw like it says on the door. This place looks like if the health department came through, it would be shut down. The bathroom was the worst. No sink to wash hands, toilet was inoperable, and no toilet paper. Why even bother unlocking the bathroom for use? There is stuff hanging out the ceilings...just very disappointed that people are spending money here in an area with very few laundromat options and the owner/management doesn't put any care into this place.

I want to be supportive of this place, I would love to come here in the future to wash large items from my home (comforters, quilts, etc.)and not have to go NE. But if this business doesn't care about the upkeep, I don't care to give them my money. Please show customers that you can do better.

Affordable clean place to wash. Majority of dryers are malfunctioning or require repairs immediately. Flooded and wet floors suggesting leaks. Management needs promptly address.

Don't use the last 3 washers near the machine that you load and get the card from. They suck.
