I took a duvet that my dog had unfortunately been sick on!! I left the duvet with Sandra. I can’t say enough about how she worked so hard on the stain, which was very difficult to get out. I will be going back with any large items I need washing.

The signage is not very clear. Some notations, such as putting pods in the washer instead of the normal location could be clearer. It was not packed busy, but even a few people can make it difficult to move around.
