First time visiting, went on a Monday, place was okay, does have folding tables and carts available. Machines are coin operated or you can pay with your phone and if you don't have a phone you can use their kiosk there to pay. Each machine has a name and it was very easy to navigate the payment process. I had trouble with one and I called the number on Google, man picked up really quick and resolved my problem in minutes. Good customer service.

The downside was that a lot of machines were taken but not a lot of people around. This is a place that isn't monitored so people start their stuff and just leave it. I was lucky I got there when I did, I didn't have to wait for a machine but I did have to use the 60 lb machine available a load cost $7.50 not everything fit, then when a 40 lb one became available I got it and a load cost $5.50, didn't need a 40 lb one but that is what was available. I was also lucky enough to have gotten a dryer because most of them were taken and a lot were done and just sitting there. After my stuff was almost done after being there for over an hour I saw a car pull up and a bunch of ladies showed up, they were there picking up the stuff they had left behind, people had been waiting for dryers and they didn't care they totally took over whatever wasn't taken, as well as the folding tables. I had my stuff under one in front of the dryer I had and they took the table and were folding a bunch of little rags and color coordinating, um do that on your own time, so rude. They took all the carts and I was going to use one to take my stuff out to my car because I had a baby with me, but had to make 3 trips. I will try a different place next time.

This place is really innovative with the Apple Pay options on the washing machines. They did a great job in mitigating the issue of machines not giving back quarters and gave me a card to dry my close to make up for the inconvenience. Nice environment, cozy space, and reasonable prices :)

Love this place with the exception of the stupid way you have to pay and start your machines if you don't have quarters. But the same guy who owns it is always there cleaning. It's reasonably priced, clean, and open 24hours

I only come to wash my blankets here, but out of all the places I’ve washed my clothes, I would say this is the best place to come to. Super friendly and clean. Really good at responding when needing assistance on the machines and extremely helpful. They take card as well so that makes it a lot easier for those who have Apple Pay. 10/10!
