I was staying at a friends place for a couple of days and wanted to have their bedding washed so they wouldn't have to wash it after I left. $15 total for a blanket, one sheet and a pillow. $7 for the pillow. When I picked it up, woman told me she couldn't get the pillow to dry & it was as dry as she could get it.

Then I realized that she closed the plastic bag with the wet pillow on top of all of the other items! When I opened the bag, the whole bag smelled musty!! now I have to bring it home and re-wash what I can all over again!! I’m leaving tomorrow so I can’t leave it for them to rewash never mind I don’t trust them to do it anyways! Not only would they not give me any money back, but she called the owner who asked to speak with me and he just started telling me he would not give my money back and that the lady said the stuff smelled to begin with!! It certainly didn't smell to begin with, but even if it did, it’s their job to clean it!! Terrible business! I was nothing but nice to them but the owner just didn’t want to give any kind of refund and was extremely ignorant and rude.
