Always a good experience when I come here. Was there before 11am on a Saturday, and no one was there so I got my clothes done very fast. It's clean and love the pay range App for the washer and dryer machines, so you don't need to make sure you have enough quarters. That's also time consuming...

Used washer Six — no water. Had to rewash and spend another $4.25.
Phone died and had to wait for ride. No one helped me.

Went here because the high rating and because my buildings machines were all out of order. I went on a Monday around noon and there were only a couple of people which was nice. Lots of machines, clean space, easy to park out fronts or nearby. I liked the attached convenience store/sandwich shop (didn’t try the food). Very easy peasy, wasn’t hot and stuffy (not sure if it is when it’s busy). It was $4.25 for the double size washers I used (I believe there are 3 sizes). I was confused by the dryers bc it didn’t really show the time increase when I added quarters, I may have added more than needed?, but the different heat settings will show different times for how much you pay, and I think the dryers are cheaper than the washers. The wash time was about 20 min and I did the dryer for 40 min on medium heat which was perfect for a full load of clothes. All around very happy I went here. They do have an app which I would use if I went here regularly, I noticed (after I was done) that you get 1 free purchase when you sign up for it.
