Been coming here for 8 years, today is the last time! Conditions have gone hill since Covid/I believe a new owner took over...

New credit card machines installed on all units in a way that only allows coins to work on 2 or 3 of them... lost about $3 trying to find which ones.

Every visit is filthier than the last; time for a new place!

I've been coming here since 2007, this will be my final visit.

Ever since this place got new owners, things have been going downhill since. Machines are breaking down and not getting fixed. Or will be unmarked, take your money, and not even turn on. Especially since these new card readers got put in. Which doesn't seem to work right either, and even the app isn't linking to the machines on random intervals. But it will be sure to deduct a payment as if it did.

And don't even get me started on the soap machines.

Whatever positives this place once possessed have been superseded by the colossal amount of negatives. And I know i'm not the only person who has seen this. Going by the number of one-star reviews that have been left.

That may or may not be getting deleted to keep the overall rating up.

The place was way cleaner than every other laundromat I’ve been to. There are a variety of sizes of washing machines, which is nice for separating out your clothes. The attendant was very kind and helpful. Apparently the machines are so old that the quarter counter is calibrated to the weight of silver quarters, so they don’t count well, but I used the app so no issues there. I went at 8, but they were closed, the sign on the back said they opened at 9, the front said they opened at 10, so I went back at 10, and it was open and pretty dead. Hope they update the hours on here so other people don’t do what I did :)
