Clean, lots of space to fold, wait on laundry, right next to a coffee shop which is a major plus! The owner is extremely nice. Also loved the inside, brightly lit and colorful! Little spot for kids too while you wait. I highly recommend them for laundry needs, especially with the extra large washers that fits TWO of my king sized comforters!
