I visit this place fairly often. The first time I went, I met a woman named Teresa, and she thoroughly convinced me that this place was worth working with. Nearly every staff member that I've interacted with has above-and-beyond nice and helpful. The drop-off service is stellar. You can drop off a basket of clothes for a reasonable price, and pick-up same day or next day.

I've been washing here for a yr. I absolutely love how the washers and dryers work. My clothes come out very clean and smell great. Alan is an awesome and hard worker. He makes me feel welcomed and is always so sweet with my daughter.

It's a shame that they have such a person working there who disrespects everyone, even the children. I'm talking about a Venezuelan woman who works there who has no respect for absolutely anyone. She dared to offend my family and even my children.

Terrible customer service. They guy at the counter is lazy. Tells me no wash and fold because Sundays is too busy yet we are both clearly looking at 25+ open machines in the place. Go anywhere but here.
