My first visit was to scout the place. The lady there was informative and professional. I returned to do my blankets and could not figure out a machine I had not seen before. She explained it as though I were a new co-worker--
patient and very clear. The place was very clean and airy- it smells clean!
The machines work the way she said they would- excellent place to go to do laundry!

I travel all over the country driving a tour bus for a high profile country music artist. I have to take care of the bus laundry, sheets, towels, comforters, and my personal clothes. Sometimes it's a lot! We do over 200 days a year on the road and I've been to many, many laundromats. In my experience of 38 years on the road, this one without a doubt, is the very best. Sometimes you don't know what kind of people your going to deal with at a laundromat. Rest assured, this place has class. Great helpful staff, nice clean machines, etc. Anyone who says otherwise is not being honest.

It looked okay on the inside, but when I come up to the door with my arms full, she just sat there and watched me until another patron came and helped me. Then when I went up to the front desk and asked if she could break a 20$bill, she laughed in my face and just shook her head. What kind of customer service is that?

I have gone to this laundry for a few years and have always had positive experiences. The daytime staff is kind and very helpful, and the location is clean and well-maintained. If there was one improvement to be made, it would be very helpful to have an ATM on site or the option to use digital payment.
