THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A LAUNDROMAT! Normally when I come here, they are very polite, and I've told people how polite they are that even my mom comes here to do her laundry, BUT today, the gentleman working with the red beard WAS extremely rude! I will not be coming back after today! And I will not have my mother come back here either! It is not my fault that your machines dont always take the coins! And for him to be rude with me about it and then talk to me as if I am a child was unnecessary!

Twice I've arrived at 7:45 pm and the lady tells me it's already closed, even though they're supposed to close at 9:00 pm. If they can't keep to their schedule, they should just change it, but don't deceive us and waste our time.

The lady was beyond rude about us washing our clothes last minute saying she would take all our clothes out if it's not washed before 8. They close at 9 and we let her know we weren't even drying yet she still had the biggest attitude and was being disrespectful because she thought I didn't speak Spanish. She needs to learn more about customer service .

July 3rd it says last load 6 p.m. closing at 7 arrived at the door at 5:59 and was told I couldn't start my laundry. I have been coming here for over 2 months consistently once a week spending at least $20. I guess I'll find a new place to do my laundry cuz I thought when you said last load at 6 p.m. means you can start your last load at 6 pm.

I don't expect much when I go to a laundry mat but the attendant here is awesome and totally helpful! The machines are all new Electrolux. Solid choice go to this establishment.

Incredibly too loud, too hot, the seating is weird, and the one and only bathroom is out of order.
