The place is filthy, most of the dryers do not work, but none of them are labeled as broken. They don’t produce heat but do spin, so if you want to waste 4x the cash and time on waiting for cold air to dry your clothes, this is the place for you. Otherwise, Don’t bother with this place, you’ll be better off at literally any other laundromat in the city.

Clean, safe and the machines run great. My wife does laundry there on a weekly basis. Never had any problems and I would recommend for anyone else that lives in the area.

There’s no one there to help when you have an issue! I went there to wash and dry my big blankets and one of the dryers was broken. No one around to refund me, and I was out of quarters so I had to take the blanket home and air dry… not cool!

I give up on this place!! Never again!! Dryers stole my money again! Last time the owner did contact me, this time, nothing! Moldy washers, broken dryers, I’m done! I like to support local businesses but I feel ripped off!

This place is cool if you don't want to be around a lot of people but the prices are high there is no public restroom or running water and when a washer malfunctions and keeps your money you have to leave a note but there isn't a designated spot to put the note. and it's very small and very hot . Now wash king Knapp and fuller is a decent place it has a bathroom its next to Walgreens and they have $1 washers and it's huge and it's all windows I prefer the latter personally.

True, broken machines and dryers especially aren’t often labeled. But every time I have called or texted they have responded right away. I don’t necessarily get my refund right away but when he’s around he will text me and let me know.
