Always great to come for the free drying after 10pm and great range of machine sizes. Awesome for using cards when you dont have cash. Only prob for me is sometimes the tap pay doesn't work. It's better to have physical card and swipe on the machines.

The staff handled my belongings without permission, touching and removing my clothes before my laundry cycle was even finished. This was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling that my personal items were not safe. I expect staff to respect customers’ property and allow us to complete our laundry without interference.

The heavy set lady at the front is really rude. First time here and I will not be back. I would stick to ideal on Washington. The only reason I came here is because you can use the app for machines and that’s what I been looking for. I’m new in the area. The machines stink and she should be cleaning them. The bathroom is also disgusting and no soap in there. I asked about the bathroom and she had a whole attitude twice for idk what. Horrible customer service. Definitely taking my business back to ideal.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They charge you 2 dollars for the laundry card to start with. If your using debit your in for 3 bucks down the drain! Oh if you mess up on your math on what it may take to wash and dry your clothes then get your mind prepared. I BOUGHT dryer sheets from them WITH single dollar bills, when I asked the cashier to exchange my change back to SINGLE DOLLAR BILLS as their machine does not take change. She told me it was against the rules and she would call the cops on me. I had another customer stand up for me as she was also having an issue. Almost NO ONE speaks english when you need them to but apparently the worker knew how to say I called the police 🤦🏾‍♀️ I NEVER yelled. I never cursed and I frequently called her ma’am to stay polite. If your going for a guess your probably right… no police ever came! How dare they let you spend your dollar but can’t give it back even though it going BACK INTO THEIR OWN BUSINESS! This is by far the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had, I spent 40 dollars on machines alone before even buying my dryer clothes and then asking for change. That’s a pretty damn penny! I won’t be back! Don’t go in the evening! The women in the day are alright

I was skeptical of coming her, due to the previous reviews but I noticed many negative reviews were towards the employees that work the night shift. Since I was coming to do my laundry in the morning, I decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did. There is a lovely lady name Conni, who was absolutely kind, respectful, polite and more importantly helpful. I wanted to leave a review (which is something I rarely do) just to show my appreciation for the way she conducted business and was always helpful with a smile. I hope that her boss’s or the owners of this establishment, see this and recognize her for being an amazing employee who is genuine and sincere with the way she treats the customers. She made my experience a stress free and easy one. THANK YOU CONNI, you were great!!🙏🏼

Tried this place the other day. Took a while to figure out the process. The wash and dry went smoothly. Clean, that's always a plus. Since I went at night is was not busy.
Weekday dry after 10p is free. I missed my opportunity in that... 🤷. I'll keep this spot in mind next time I'm in a pinch.

Overpriced comparing to all laundromat nearby. I'm not surprised why this place lost so many customers while it was one of the busiest past years.
That card thing is useless if you don't bring the prices down.
