This place is very clean. All the washers and dryers are working and in great condition. They also have many different places to sit and wait for your clothes. What a great place.

Best place in Fairbanks to get laundry done. Very clean and very helpful staff! Many different sized washers to speed washing. Can be busy, so be patient. Drop off service available. Ready in 24 hours.
Car wash has manual and auto options. Auto does NOT get all of car clean. Center of rear always is missed. Dryer does not dry either. Still cheaper than other car washes.

Ever since the new owners took possession of the business the customer service has gone down hill, owners communication and friendliness. They need to sell it and go back to where they came from, even if that means Mommy's womb.
Now the employee's are good people, service, communication and attitude. Only reason I use them.

Excellent laundromat! Everything was clean and the people are super friendly. You can't beat the prices - $4.50 for a standard size washer and you pay 25 cents for 5 minutes of drying. Will be back here for sure.

Very disappointed in the quality of washers. I spent 80 dollars on my laundry and when I took my clothes out of the wash some of my clothes still smelled dirty. I don't believe they have every cleaned their washer machines. Unfortunately I won't be giving them my business ever again.

My favorite laundromat. Very clean facility with very friendly, helpful full time staff. They have an atm and 2 coin machines onsite. They have a snack vending machine and sell laundry detergent behind the counter. The washers and dryers operate with quarters.

My husband went over to cushman car wash this morning to have his truck cleaned and boy do He regret going there. He drove through the automatic car wash and came out with scratches and paint being chipped off throughout the whole vehicle on his BRAND NEW 2016 Chevy Silverado high country. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND others to not use their automatic system as it seems that they do not maintain a regular cleaning on their equipment. Very Unhappy Customer. Words of Mouth Goes Along Way and would Never Go Back There Again!!!!!!

Been using this particular laundromat over TEN YEARS! Last time to place dirty laundry in washers has ALWAYS BEEN 8 PM!! Went there tonight, arrived at 7:30, young unprofessional broad said they were already closed!! Her attitude was rude and VERY UNFRIENDLY!! I have NEVER had such rude workers there!! Obviously something has changed to allow this type of behavior!! It is NOT cheap to use their washers/dryers, they will lose more & more business if this rude behavior continues!! I asked for the owners phone number, they refused to give me the number. I'll be damn if I'll be giving them my hard-earned money in the future!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable' and from what I have experienced ' they have more working machines than any of the other available laundromats.
