I was given attitude by the owner for my service dog. He didn't ask to pet, so she jumped and I jumped. Was told to get out. One thing most everyone does is asks first. I could tell he was either drunk or high on something and kicked me out because of it. Don't take a service dog worth you!!!

I’m a rv traveler. I usually go into a laundromat before I bring in my laundry to make sure I can get coins and check to see that the place is clean. Since I came in and didn’t have my laundry the blond gal at the front desk treated me poorly, disrespectfully and demanded to see my laundry. I felt like a bum felt like I was being accused of casing the place to rip it off. If you like this kind of treatment be sure to visit and do your laundry. Personally I would chose another place. No need to treat people so poorly...a laundromat is a service....choose to go where you are loved and valued for patronizing. Floors were not clean and quite a few machine were not working. $4 for a double load and about $1.75 to dry it since the washers don’t do a good job of extracting the water.

This place is cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. Half of their machines are always put of order. Last time I was there one of their machines ate my money never started. That sucks for me because they "don't give refunds". Staff is extremely rude and dismissive.

I really liked this laundromat. it was very clean. I was surprised that it was so nice for it being on cushman. It wasn't too expensive. I spent about $13 using the 4 load machine and drying it

Okay when I got here the lady who was working was so rude. I asked her a question and she answered with a attitude. The place is nice to do your laundry, but the management here is bad.

Customer service is non existent. I spend a lot of money here because it is close to my house. I was here 12-14-17 at 4 pm. I put my load into a double loader, it wasn’t even enough to fill it so I know i didn’t overload it. The washer stopped halfway through the cycle for some reason and it didn’t spin my clothes out. I showed the rude and snotty attendant, Brianna and all she could say was “there was nothing she could do, she’s just the evening attendant” and that she would “leave a note”. I asked her if she could call someone to give me my 4 dollars back to put it into another washer. I don’t see why I should have to pay for another load altogether. Then I asked if they would give me money for the extra money it was going to cost me to dry a soaking wet load of clothes. Again “there was nothing she could do”. She was completely rude and unhelpful, you should be ashamed of yourselves that you employ someone as vile and vulgar as she. Thanks for nothing Cushman plaza.

The staff are kinda rude and I don’t really liked the laundry but I loved that old century feeling it gives. The had the Sesame Street on the tv! People going there are very interesting too. I never saw people like that anywhere else! It could be for good, or for bad it depends.

Never had a bad experience here. I don't know why anyone would complain about it, it's clean and usually pretty quiet. All of my experiences have been great here since moving to Fairbanks, the owner and staff are always incredibly attentive and helpful!

They have great washers and dryers. Not a big fan of having to use 10 dollars in quarters to start the washer. it's like play a slot machine. They should have tokens or accept bills
