51 reviewsPlace seems clean and mostly operational. I had slight trouble with the washer but the regulars are pretty friendly and more than willing to help out. The staff is friendly and tthe prices aren't too bad. $4 for a decent sized washer. They use quarters (any place I've seen that uses tokens seems alot more expensive). I will definatly be using this facility in the future.
If you are not washing and drying your clothes here, you're missing out. Out of all of the machines that work in Fairbanks. It's like the only place in town that everything works at a laundromat. Take my money please. It's even more affordable than all the other ones. This is now my go-to.
Thank you for taking pride in your establishment. It shows.
Everything is out of order, the atm, quarter dispenser, most of the dryers, half of the washers you go there for were out of order, I used 3 washers by the front door and they turned all my whites yellow with rust stains, I took pictures and left my number but they haven’t called when the attendant said they would, DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!!!
The staff are professional, the building is clean and taken care of. Nearly all of the machines work. The environment is safe. For 10$ you can use a 5 loader, cant beat that in this town.
Our company uses the wash & fold services from CPL. I have complained to the manager before that the laundry keeps coming back smelling like they aren’t using detergent. Just a musty wet clothes smell. Clearly this doesn’t matter because it is continuing to happen, and I’m sick of washing the items again to insure they smell clean.
I’ve heard good things about B&C Laundry so perhaps we will need to take our business elsewhere to ensure our customer are receiving good laundry service.
Worst laundry I have ever been to. Was dirty. A lot of the machines are not working. When I was there they only had 3-4 dryers working and there was a line waiting for those. They have dryers designated for employee use, to do the drop-off laundry, they would not let us use those. Most of the wheeled carts were full of the drop off laundry so there was none available for the rest of us. I actually had to take my wet laundry and go to a different laundromat to get it dried. If they had told me when I came in that they didn't have very many working dryers I would have walked out at the beginning.
Convenient location, dry cleaning available and drop off laundry also available. Tanning is an option while you wait or get your car washed at the car wash directly behind the laundromat. Grab a bite to eat at Subway or the convenience store or the little diner across the street. Downside is it doesn't stay open late, parking is extremely tight, you have to pay with a million quarters (there is no tolken system) and no showers.
We have been going there for almost 34 years. Most of those years the customer service has been good.
The attendant was very helpful getting washing machine sorted as we were visiting from Australia and didn't have the right change.Laundry and Restroom were very clean
Been going here for four years once a monthish to wash our clothes and have never had a bad experience! Bathroom is clean and well maintained, washer/dryers are repaired when out of service. And I must say the gentleman I assume is the owner is always excessively polite and hoping to resolve issues which are usually the customers fault (i.e. cant operate a washer/dryer) not to mention he is there near constantly. Love this place will recommend and continue to return regularly!
