They have beggars outside asking for change. They have bus stop near by and it attracts all the seedy/shady people to this laundromat. Some of the customers complained that their clothes were stolen from the dryers. I stopped going there for my own safety.

The dryers themselves are great, very powerful industrial dryers: I’m giving one star because of the atrocious customer service. I was going here for a while because our dryer broke and I can’t afford a new one but our washer still works. I would wash my cloths and dry them here. The woman stopped me as I was about to dry them and refused to allow me to dry my cloths because it was Sunday. I explained to her I was going on a trip and could not dry them on a week day and she did not care. So now I have a basket of wet cloths that I can’t do anything about because she refused to make an exception. I heard of a similar thing happening to someone else. Very rude and disrespectful, no way to treat a paying customer. I understand the policy, but knowing the situation and refusing to make an exception for one day is putting policy over people.
