I came to do my laundry at Cutlerville Laundry on Saturday morning July 12, 2025 around 9am. I had a issue with one of the washer machines there, and there was no laundry attendant present. So I call the phone numbers lisited on the front office door. A man answer who was the owner, and I tried to explain the situation to him but there was a language barrier problem. About 10 minutes later a women show's up to the laundry, and she said that's the owner wife. I proceed to try to explained to her that the machine was not registering the quarters correctly. I had a bag full of quarters, and I had already put $3:25 into the machine. The women grab my right hand, and said to me " you didn't put any money in the machine". I broke my hand free from her, told her don"t touch me, check your surveillance camera, and to call the police. The surveillance camera was position right in front of the machine I was trying to used. The women refused to check her surveillance camera, or refund me my money. This women is crazy she was rude, unprofessional, very disrespectful, violent, and some way racists toward me. I'm a 59 year old black man from Grand Rapids and I told that lady that I will not tolerate her unprofessional behavior toward me. I inform her that I will be fileing a written complaint aganist her business with the Michigan Better Business Bureau Department, and that I would never do business there again. The place of business gets a 0 star review from me, people don't go there!!!

The woman who owns this laundry mat is very sweet and kind. She is always smiling and ready to help you or answer questions. She keeps the place clean and running smoothly.

If there is a machine that has clothes in it and the owner of the clothes isn't in the store to move them, she will take them out of the machine for you so that you can keep your laundry moving and not have to wait for the owner of the clothes to come back from wherever they went.
