This laundry mat is the worst they r over priced and the machines suck I went 2 times and the 1st time th machine took my money the lady working there had a whole problem and said she couldn’t return it second time My comforter was left soapy I had to put it in a $3.50 machine cause it didn’t fit in a small one not like other places when I told lady she refused to give me my money back or reward or even give me a number to a manager horrible service

If you are not Spanish please do not go here the service is horrible to towards African American people. The Hispanic women that works the night shift is very rude and unprofessional. She locked the door at 8:45 before the last wash at 9 o’clock. I knocked on the door to enter and she said the last wash is at 9. I showed her the time on my phone (it was 8:49) I also explained my situation to her she smiled and laughed in my face ( through the glass door) she refused to let me in. Someone was coming out and so she had no choice to open the door I asked her for the managers name and she told me there was no manger. I also asked for her name and she closed the door and walked away.

The place is clean, and the employees are very friendly. I was shocked to find out that Angelica is no longer working there. That's sad; I really enjoyed my time with her while doing my laundry.
