Most all the machines instructions were only Spanish makes it hard for those that don't Spanish. But the prices were very reasonable and everything was nice and clean.

I've been here twice and really like it compared to other laundromats in Madison. Pretty clean and most machines work. Some of the 15 lb machines smell kind of strange. Large machines can be pricey but still cheaper than the coin machines my landlord provides. I go out of my way to come here because it is better than the laundromat closest to my apartment. Can be crowded sometimes but I've never had a problem finding a place to sit. Definitely recommend.

I sat there and watch the owner of the place in another white individual sat there and talk about the black couple after they exit outside of the building but quit the conversation when they came back in most definitely racism in Wisconsin in the owner most definitely got a attitude disrespect

Smell the machine before you use it. The first one I sniffed smelled God AWFUL. They can't keep the doors of the machines open after being used (while not in use) due to safety of children present so they're not properly drying out to prevent the smell. The wifi password does not work. Badgers1Js only saved. Seems small. But they do have staff there sometimes. The dryer I used dried in like 10 minutes, but the time you get is 32 minutes, so can plan on drying multiple loads back to back.

Really nice machines that work! I walk in and a pleasant gent is cleaning. He offers me a kind greeting, which is delightful. It is a very well kept laundromat and you can tell the owners very much care to keep it nice.

Clean and cleaned while we were there. Several 80# machines. Bathroom nice. Good parking, double door entry. No ramps for wheeled items but only a short curb.

Staff are usually around and helpful. Clean place and I never have a problem with their washers or dryers. 8-load washers are my favorite to use and they are a decent price.

This laundromat is one of the best in Madison not because it is a great experience when I go but because in comparison, the machines work for the most part and prices are fair. The place is small and gets crowded easily but this is okay. What has made me dissatisfied is the fact that the workers clean at peak busy times instead of toward the beginning or end of day, sweeping dust at your feet which makes the cramped facility feel unwelcoming as you have to shuffle into other people to avoid dirt swept on your feet. In addition, the bathrooms smell horrible consistently & I witnessed the owner or owner’s spouse discriminate against a disabled person with her service dogs (summer 2022)
